We Dutchies often refer to spring as the time we only get to wear a t-shirt and a jacket outside. It's an idea that makes us feel liberated and happy, the idea of eliminating knits, coats and scarfs is as joyful as unicorns riding rainbows. Rainbows, unicorns, spring has come early. And not the subtle disappointing type of spring, but the excessive sunny and warm type of spring. The kind you spend in parks, on a boat or just hours chatting on a terrace looking at all those sparkly unicorns passing by.
