MUSIC THERAPY

Music is more than just the beat, it's an emotion. Depending on the rhythm we feel happy or sad, chill or hyped.  This month was a mix of all those, from sentimental thoughts to massive feel good moments. Music empowers thoughts, feelings, and so does therapy. Resemble? Much. Instead of revealing my darkest secrets to a random stranger on a chaise-longue, I have found my one on one therapy with Chris Martin this week.  Who would have thought, him and I on an imaginary chaise-longue, shedding tears. As I had always imagined he is the listening type, gentle and supporting. He calls it magic, how about that. Hey Martin, what do you say? Inspiration for a song?

  4. I agree with everything that you have said here. At times when I feel tired or depressed, music is the only thing that gives me comfort and it's also the one that relieves me from all the problems that I have been facing. It's like a temporary place where I can go to free myself from all the bad things happening in my life. It’s actually amazing how it can affect your mood so easily. In my case, it’s somehow ironic that whenever I am listening to sad music, it makes me happy.

  6. Thanks for the post! I find that as a millennial, we often turn to music to express our feelings, may it be career, or personal life related. Coldplay is always a good choice no matter what circumstance, and I find that there is always a Coldplay song for every situation. I love playing "A Sky Full of Stars" whenever I'm happy, and "Fix You" whenever I'm down. These tips https://www.best10resumewriters.com/young-professionals/, along with music helped me transition from a fresh graduate, to slowly making my way to the corporate world. Hope you can come up with more recommendations. :D
