Eight cartons of milk, that's exactly how much I am aiming to loose. I hear you thinking, that's a lot. And yes, it is. However, your ideal weight is measured by your BMI (Body Mass Index, your weight in proportion to your height) and my ideal weight is the weight that I am now, and the weight that I will be (your ideal BMI has a wide stretch, as long as you don't hit under 20% -too skinny- and above 25% -too much fat-). So I am not saying that I think I am fat, ór that I wish to be a size zero, all I want is to have a more ideal weight. A weight that doesn't mind a surprise beach holiday, loves all the sizes of my jeans and above all, makes me feel good. So long
chocolate bread (yes huge sucker for good bread, not so much chocolate). Damn, if somebody likes the company of food… It would be me. But! In a few weeks, we meet again! Wish me luck!
