PARIS FASHION WEEK - CHANEL

OUTFIT

Invite or not (well obviously not) and "circus" or not - I had to pay a visit to the Chanel Haute Couture show  taking place yesterday at the Grand Palais in Paris. You see, ever since 'fashion' has been part of my vocabulary some happenings always seemed surreal and wáy-out-of-reach. Years pass by and you realize you can invent your own role in these stories. Whether that being the writer, the storyteller, the main character, the extra or the page ripper all stories have different parts to fulfill.

So while I continue dreaming of once receiving an official invite to a Chanel défilé (French for fashion show) I have chosen to nót let the rest pass me by. Facing myself with the real deal, just meters away from the entrance, the gate to the dazzling spectacle and the sensible spirit of Mr. Lagerfeld is the greatest motivation (and adrenaline rush) I can imagine. 

It is not even the question of how I could get in, it is the question of how I could ever show my passion, knowledge and vision to these well-respected professionals. I guess, and I sincerely hope that is the ónly way in... (okay okay, I would go in no matter what the  situation is, but you get the point) !
